About Me

Dear Parents,

My name is Trailenni Kendrick, middle school Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Advisor.  I am excited to welcome you and your child to my classroom this year. I graduated from Keiser University with a Masters in Business Administration with ten years plus industry related experience. I have taught in the elementary primary grades in the past at Broward and Dade County school districts. I have worked at Excelsior Prep Charter School of Miami Gardens for the past five years and it has been such a pleasure to educate the students in our school. Apart from that, I am always on a quest to meet new people and learn about their language and culture.

I am looking forward to meeting as well as knowing each student of my class and their parents. This year will be an awesome one for your child as they get acclimated with researching career clusters as well the anatomy of computers and technology. I will make the classes interesting by providing activities related to real life experiences, so that each student understands as well as enjoy them. Moreover, I do not just want to stick to academics. Rather, I am planning activities to develop Florida’s Career Clusters and skills interests of my students. I hope to make this academic year, an educational as well as a fun-filled year for the students.

If you would like to meet with me to discuss your child's performance or any other problems that he/she may be facing in class,  feel free to email me at tkendrick@excelsiorschools.com to discuss any concern you have about your child.  In addition please connect to our Class Dojo once you receive an invite from me.

Educationally Yours,

Trailenni D. Kendrick, MBA
